Tumbling Tots

Designed to be a fun experience for your toddler. They will learn strength building and body control, balance, motor skills, and coordination. They will be introduced to handstands and rolls.

4 Weeks For $19

Game Day Classes

Designed to be a fun experience for your youth preparing for Middle School tryouts. They will learn strength building, body control, and coordination. They will perfect tumbling as well as introduce proper game day technique to include cheer/band dance, spiriting!

Flips and Tricks

All boy classes that will focus on teaching your child strength and condition while learning tumbling skills along with tricks. Tumbling skills taught but not limited to:

  • Rolls
  • Handstands
  • Cartwheels
  • Round offs
  • Backbend

Flyer Flex

This class teaches proper stretching techniques to increase athlete’s flexibility and range of motion. Flyers will master skills on the floor, stunt stands, then will be introduced to doing skills in the air. Body positions taught but not limited to:

  • Liberty (lib)
  • Heel Stretch
  • Bow and Arrow
  • Arabesque
  • Scale
  • Scorpion

Bronze Tumbling

In Bronze Tumbling, athletes will learn proper tumbling techniques, as well as increased body strength and control.

  • Forward & Backward Roll
  • Kickups, Snap Downs
  • Hand Stand
  • Cartwheel
  • Round Off
  • Back Bend

Silver Tumbling

In Silver Tumble Drills and technique will be taught to help athletes master the following skills:

  • Front Limber
  • Back Bend – Kick Over
  • Back Limber
  • Front Walkover
  • Back Walkover
  • 1 Hand Cartwheels

Gold Tumbling

In Gold Tumbling drills and techniques will be taught in order to help athletes master the following skills:

  • Back Handspring
  • Front Handsprings
  • Round Off/Series Back Handspring
  • Back Walkover – Back Handspring
  • Back Extension Rolls
  • Specialty Passes Ending With Back Handspring

Platinum Tumbling

In Platinum Tumbling drills and technique will be taught in order to help athletes master the following skills:

  • Standing Tucks
  • Punch Fronts
  • Standing Back Handspring Tuck
  • Round Off Back Handspring Tuck
  • Layouts
